A Midsummer Night's Dream
Kleine Galerie Neukladow, Berlin, 2025
The exhibition “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” features works by artists Olga Volkova (paintings) and Pia Wesens (objects). Inspired by Shakespeare’s play, it’s a celebration of life and imagination.
Open: 1-30 November every Saturday and Sunday 11:00 - 17:00.
Kleine Galerie Neukladow – Kladower Forum, Neukladower Allee 9, 14089 Berlin.
It invites viewers on a journey into a magical forest where reality and illusion intertwine. Just like in the play: dreams, magic, and surprising changes, all wrapped in fun and wonder.
The fusion of techniques and materials — straw puppets, embroidery, acrylic paintings, and watercolor — showcases the richness of our world and sparks curiosity about everyday life.
There’s a certain irony in hosting a midsummer-themed exhibition in November. But perhaps that’s exactly what we need in these winter days: a touch of magic, a bit of joy, and the warmth of art.
